So I am a little embarrassed to admit that I didn't do exceedingly well on this one. Oh well, that's why we're doing Webolution in the first place, to learn, right? I think I'm going to go back through the questions and see where I went wrong.
Here's my own multiple choice question scenario:
A patron comes up asking for a book about spiders. It has to have a lot of pictures because it's for her twenty-seventh tattoo.
A. Tell her about the computers downstairs to be able to find Google image for spiders
B. Try to capture an example around the library that she can look at for reference
C. Show her how to use the card catalog for spider books
D. Refer her to the Children's center for more picture books on the subject
E. Answers A,C and D

Extra Credit - Google A Day
So I was stuck too!!!! Thankfully I had help of my own to get me to where I needed to be. I think I was trying to over complicate this task! This was a little harder for me because I couldn't figure out what the rules were. Are you allowed to Google things? Were we suppose to just guess until we got to 67 miles? Did we need to get to Google Maps and go from there? I finally found what I was looking for by cheating and going for the plain old Google site, which I figured was okay, because it is called GOOGLE A DAY after all!!!!!
So I too have failed this mission, but I hope that I can still be in the drawing for my efforts :)
I'll go for the gift certificate. Maybe I'll buy a bike with it!!!!!
